All About Wedding Cakes  

A wedding cake is usually a large cake, multi-tiered and heavily decorated with icing and topped with a modest statue, generally symbolizing the married couple. But there is a huge variety of wedding cake toppers in different styles, colors and designs, depending on what the couple think might best portray their marriage. To be able to prepare a cake which is strong enough to support all the tiers as well as the decoration but still be edible shows a lot of skill of baker's art.
