When Pigs Fly -- Look Out Below!!!  

So, have you never pondered the thought, 'when pigs fly!' ??? Come on, be honest now! I know my generation grew up hearing this idiom quite a bit. I must admit that I never gave it much thought, as I just assumed that it was pretty humorous to imagine pigs flying! Well, contemplate this -- I actually used this expression recently to express myself. But, the use of 'when pigs fly' was done in gest, as this expression is meant to be used! So, what about 'when pigs fly'???
