Mercury is one of the most toxic metals. This element is even more toxic than lead. Mercury can be found in our water, soil, fungicides, pesticides, our food supplies, vaccines, and even our amalgam fillings.Mercury is a poison that is cumulative, or builds up over time. What makes it worse is that there is no barrier that prevents mercury from reaching the brain cells which leads to it being stored in the pain center of the brain and in the central nervous system. This can lead to both a prevention of proper nutrient uptake, as well as the removal of wastes through the cells.Because of the severe health risks associated with Mercury poisoning and toxicity, it is an element that mush be avoided, and if you fear that you do have it stored in your system, it should be removed through a detoxification program.
